注意事项Matters need attention

需使用PP或 PE清洗干净机台螺杆，且把机台射嘴彻底清除干净Please make sure you that you have cleaned the machine screw with PP or PE, and put the machine nozzle thoroughly clean
为节省材料，将胶头量减至最低，现作出以下工作程序及洗机守则。
一. 啤够数、转模前、停机前务必关料斗，把炮筒内的TPE料啤完，直啤到螺杆不能回料为止
二. 换TPE料时务必将料桶的材料挖干净。
三. 啤黑色或深灰色材料射空胶时要把胶压小、压薄，可用的放在水口一起循环再用。
四. 水口、次品与不能循环再用的胶头务必分开装。
五. 保持机位卫生干净，尽量不让水口及次品掉到机底、地面、混杂、受污染。
六. 开啤前将模面油污、防锈油抹干净，避免次品受污导致不能循环再用。
七. 洗机前先将料斗内余料尘粉清理干净，再用洗机料清洗螺杆炮筒，有必要时加入螺杆清洗剂或洗衣粉。清洗将近完成前续渐调低炮筒温度避免炮筒螺杆内的料再度烧焦及熔化成液体引至开啤时不能回料。
八. 可以使用白色及透明PP来进行清洗。
十. 一般情况下啤白色后转啤灰色、黑色均不用洗机。
十一. 啤TPE时停机不超过15分钟，再啤时不用射空胶。试啤时将啤机熔胶量调至大约成品用胶量,射空胶三次即可开啤。
