生物降解热固性弹性体
热固性弹性体，虽然不利于熔融加工成型，但降解速度比较均匀，在较长时间内形状保持率也较高。制备热固性弹性体一般常用的方法是:首先通过共聚合反应获得星形的预聚物，然后再将这些预聚物交联化。星形的预聚物和最终产物通常是利用可降解性单体(如乳酸、乙交酯、e一己内酯、6一戊内酯、二氧戊环、三甲基碳酸酯等)聚合得到的。这两种材料各自具有其独特的结构和性能，因此，在生物医学方面都有很大的发展前景。已报道的PGS弹性体属于一种热固性的弹性体，固化成型后很难再加工成其它所需要的形状，而且在制备的过程需要控制在高真空条件下来完成，并且还使用了有机溶剂，这将在很大程度上限制该弹性体在生物医学方面的发展和应用。

注意事项Matters need attention
Purge compound
需使用PP或 PE清洗干净机台螺杆，且把机台射嘴彻底清除干净Please make sure you that you have cleaned the machine screw with PP or PE, and put the machine nozzle thoroughly clean.
请选择以PE或EVA为基材之色母，切勿使用以PVC为基材者。另外加工时请采用较高的螺杆转速和较高的背压，才能让着色剂达到较好的分散效果Please select color master batch on PE or EVA material with the exception of PVC.Higher screw speed are backpressure are needed for better colorant dispersion.
二次料（水口料）回收比率建议最多10%.
Consistent regrind usage of up to 10% is permissible.
